PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet material which easily visualizes a grained pattern highlighting a conduit itself and imparting a three-dimensional feel as well as a manufacturing method for the decorative sheet material. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet material is composed of a sheet base material comprising a thermoplastic resin with the conduit provided on the surface, a coloring agent which colors the conduit part of the sheet base material and a transparent resin layer formed on the face side of the sheet base material. A transparent colored resin layer is formed, if necessary, between the face side of the sheet base material and the transparent resin layer.
