PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation driving force generator utilizing a vortex capable of taking out the increased rotation speed of the vortex as a rotation drive force for achieving the energy revolution because the rotation speed of the vortex is increased to balance the centripetal force and the centrifugal force when generation and continuation of the vortex in which part of gas is liquefied at the center of the vortex are realized by adopting a gas circulation passage suitable for continuing the energy and state of the vortex and the centripetal force of the vortex is increased by the liquefaction. SOLUTION: The circulation passage 1 is structured of a pipe whose section is in the shape suitable for generation of a vortex to circulate the generated vortex so that the energy and the sate of the vortex will not be changed. The circulation passage 1 is filled with a gas to be easily liquefied, and a vortex at the center of which part of the gas is liquefied is generated by a vortex inducing means 2. When the centripetal force of the vortex is increased by the liquefaction at the center of the vortex, the inertia of the vortex motion balances the centrifugal force with the centripetal force and the rotation speed of the vortex is increased. Therefor, the increased speed of the vortex can be taken out by a take-out means 3 as the rotation driving force, and the liquid generated at the center of the vortex is returned to gas by a heat exchanger to sustain the cycle.
