PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a panel body, which facilitates replacement work, required due to failure of the panel body and the like, at a building site by manufacturing the panel body in a factory in advance, enables an improvement in long-term stability and long-term durability, and enables simplification of field work. SOLUTION: A plurality of frames 1 are formed in such a manner as to have an approximately H-shaped cross section, an peripheral edge of the panel body 20 is supported by an upper end of a pair of opposed walls 3 of the respective frames 1, and a bead 30 is mounted on the peripheral edge of each of the panel bodies 20. Each of the beads 30 is formed of a short piece 31, which faces a surface of the peripheral edge of the panel body 20, and a long piece 32 which is extended from the short piece 31 in a direction of a backside of the panel body 20. An end face of the peripheral edge of the panel body 20 and the long piece 32 of each of the beads 30 are bonded together with a sealing material 50 so as to make compressive stress or tensile stress act on the sealing material 50. The action of the compressive stress or the tensile stress on the sealing material 50 prevents shearing stress and a load from acting on the sealing material 50, and enables the realization of the long-term stability and long-term durability of the panel body 20.
