PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an air-permeable sheet by forming adhesive layers on both sides of a porous base material without generating deficiencies even when the thickness of the porous base material as a core material is brought to be <=50μm. SOLUTION: In a method for producing an air permeable adhesive sheet having adhesive layers on both sides of a porous base material, the method has a process for forming the porous base material on the adhesive layer 1 made on a supporter by phase transition method and a process for subsequently forming the adhesive layer 2 on the porous base material.
