PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a disk in which the number of times for rewrite is limited reaches the limit of number of times for rewrite in a region where file information data on the disk are recorded because the file information data on the disk need to be changed every time files are changed, and then the number of times for write increases locally, or to solve the problem that the deterioration of the disk becomes serious. SOLUTION: Block information on recording data recorded on the disk is stored into a block table 9 including the number of times of rewriting. When the writing of the data corresponding to the block information stored in the block table 9 on the disk is requested again, the data are stored into a memory 11. The data stored in the memory 11 are written on the disk during the ejection of the disk and power source cut-off. Thereby, intermediate data editing is performed on the memory 11 by using the block table 9, and the data of a final edit pattern are written on the disk.
