摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit designated damping performance even after a long period of time to the utmost by simply correcting an error in a job site to efficiently construct a damper device even if there is an assembling error in a framework of a structure without applying extra deforming force to an energy absorbing material. SOLUTION: In this vibration damper device A, visco-elastic bodies 3, 3 are interposed in layers between the opposite surfaces of two outer steel sheet plates 11 disposed in parallel at a space therebetween and an inner steel sheet plate disposed in parallel in the middle position of the plates. A plurality of joining bolt holes 1a, 2a... bored in the end parts of the respective steel sheet plates 1, 1 and 2 are formed as elongated holes laid along the direction of intersecting perpendicularly to each other.
