TERMINAL STOPPING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal stopping member capable of surely bringing a lead into contact with a contact and having a long life. SOLUTION: This terminal stopping member is used for bringing the leads of an IC package into contact with the contacts of a DUT board. The terminal stopping member comprises a plate like board and a leg part extending vertically to the board. The leg part acts on the leads as an independent spring and is so structured as to be capable of only mechanical contact to the leads. The stopping member is so structured that the leads can be brought into contact with the contacts by pressing the leads of the IC package by the leg part.
