PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a plate-like molding base material manufactured by hot-pressing a plate-like resin base material and a skin with an adhesive sheet interposed in between, is unladed forma hot press device as well as facilities relative to the unloading operation. SOLUTION: A base material which is longer as specified than the length of the skin is disposed on the upper face of an endless belt to which the plate- like resin base material hardly sticks. Further, the skin is disposed on the plate- like resin base material in such a way that the forward end of the ski is left untouched to the required size as viewed in a direction where the skin proceeds on the base material. After that, the forward end of the plate-like resin base material is grasped using a traction means, and the plate-like resin base material and the skin are hot-pressed. Next, the endless belt is rotated and the plate-like resin base material is pulled by the traction means to the rotating direction side of the endless belt in tuning with the rotation of the endless belt. Thus, the endless belt moves downward at the carrying-out end of the base material, and the plate-like molding base material is released from the endless belt by the traction action of the traction means. |
