<p>A method of making high pressure vessels for a self-cooling beverage container is provide with pressing an upper plate and a lower plate from a metal sheet by using a press. Assembling a spout body into the upper plate and the lower plate and allowing peripherals of the upper plate and the lower plate to be closely contacted to each other after the upper plate is assembled with the lower plate with a filler metal being positioned between portions to be welded is performed. Then, positioning a vessel assebly into a melting furnace to melt the filler metal in order to join the upper and the lower plates together in the sealing manner through the melted filler metal is performed. Next, bending a series-arrangement vessel assembly into a parallel-arrangement vessel assembly of U-shape is performed. A plating and coating process of an outer surface of the vessel assembly is performed and assembling a rubber and a nut with the spout body is performed.</p> |
