PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-like food obtained by mixing a pasty food material such as chocolate dough with granular food materials such as nuts, followed by forming the resultant mixture so that a palate feeling and/or flavor of granular foods are/is emphasized. SOLUTION: This stick-like food 60 is obtained through the following process: mixing a pasty food material 21 with a granular food material 22, forming the resultant mixture into a stick-like shape having a diameter of 5-12 mm and a length of 30-180 mm, and hardening the thus formed mixture; wherein 5-12 mass % of the granular food material 22 with a grain size of 5-16 mesh is contained in the whole of the stick-like food, and also containing >=50 mass % of the granular food material with a grain size of 5-7 mesh in the granular food material with a grain size of 5-16 mesh.
