PURPOSE: Provided are Bacillus subtilis CG-1 and Lactobacillus delbrueckii CG-2, and a preparation method of fermented soybean by mixed culture of them. Therefore, the fermented soybean has high enzyme activity, increased phytochemicals and stability in intestine. CONSTITUTION: Bacillus subtilis CG-1(KCCM 10337) producing protease and fibrinolytic enzyme, and Lactobacillus delbrueckii CG-2(KCCM 10359) having acid and bile resistance are mixed cultured to increased the content of active phytochemicals in the fermented soybean. The fermented soybean can be dry-powdered then formulated into granules, capsules, paste or tablets.
