PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lower plate of a plasma display panel is provided to prevent the generation of a dust according to the dust of glazing glass powder by performing a green-sheet process on a glazing material and a material for a wall molding. CONSTITUTION: An organic solution is sprayed to a substrate and dried. A glazing/molding sheet(70) is jointed to the substrate by a laminating process. A glazing material layer is formed on a lower portion of glazing/molding sheet(70) jointed to the metal substrate. In the laminating of the glazing/molding sheet(70), the layer is divided by the density difference of a glass powder(71) for a glazing and a glass power(72) for a wall molding. A wall molding material layer is formed on the glazing material layer. An electrode and an electrode protecting layer are sequentially formed on the glazing/molding sheet(70). |
