Invention is intended for usage in any mobile communication device with vibrations and/or ringing incoming call announcement which can be worn in carrying case/holder, e.g. mobile (cellular) phones or wireless phones. Aim is to enable automatic recognition if mobile communication device is outside or inside carrying case/holder. To enable recognition contactless switch (e.g. magnetic read relay) into the device must be built in and triggering magnet to the corresponding position in case. Software in device must be upgraded with new functions: "AutoCase Vibes" - automatic switching on vibrations and turning off ringing incoming call alert when device is in case and opposite when removed from case, "AutoCase Ring Off" - automatic incoming alert silencing when device is removed from case during incoming call and "AutoCase Answer" - automatic answering to the incoming call when device is removed from case.
