PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of preventing clogging of a screen, which prevents dust from entering into an engine room. SOLUTION: The screen 26 is provided in an intake port 25 sucking air into the engine room 11 and the engine room 11 is provided with a radiator 50 cooling the cooling water of the engine 4, a fan 53, and a hydraulic motor 54 rotating the fan 53. It is so set that delivery pressure oil of a hydraulic pump 60 driven by the engine 4 can be selectively fed to one of a normal rotation port 54a or a reverse rotation port 54b of the hydraulic motor 54 by an opening/closing valve 61 and a changeover valve 65. The hydraulic motor 54 is normally rotated to normally rotate the fan 54 so that air is sucked through the screen 26, while the hydraulic motor 54 is reversely rotated to reversely rotate the fan 53 so that the air in the engine room 11 is delivered via the screen 26, and therefore the dust stuck to the screen 26 is blown off to prevent the clogging.
