PURPOSE: A folding device of a seat for a car is provided to improve convenience by folding a seat back and a seat at the same time by a simple manipulation in a truck or a car of three-line seat structure. CONSTITUTION: A folding device of a seat for a car includes a link structure. The link structure has a recliner(21) mounted at a rear part of the seat for folding a seat back(20), and a striker(15) mounted at the rear part of the seat for being hooked by a hook(31) fixed to a car body(30) according to a lever(13) manipulation. The link structure operates an operation lever of the recliner at the same time by a rotation interference at the lever is operated. The link structure has a lever rotatably mounted at a side surface of the seat, an interference link interfering with the operation lever of the recliner, and the striker.
