摘要 The present invention relates to a device for measuring the differential settlement of a building, characterized by including measurement units, a measurement fluid storage unit, a water pipe, and a signal indicating unit. The measurement units are installed at the same height on the surface of a building. The lower part of the measurement unit is buried underground, and the upper part thereof is protruding from the ground while the measurement unit is perpendicularly erected. The measurement unit includes a measurement pipe in which measurement fluid is filled inside at a predetermined height. A base plate perpendicularly erected is joined to the upper outer circumference of the measurement pipe. Water level sensors are vertically installed on the base plate at a constant interval. Each water level sensor adheres to one surface of the measurement pipe, therefore the measurement unit senses a change in the water level of the measurement fluid filled in the measurement pipe. The measurement fluid storage unit includes a measurement fluid supply pipe installed on the rest part of the surface of the building, where the measurement units are not installed, at the same height with the measurement units. The lower part of the measurement fluid supply unit is buried underground, and the upper part thereof is protruding from the ground while the measurement fluid supply pipe is perpendicularly erected. A measurement fluid tank where the measurement fluid is stored at a predetermined water level is connected to the upper part of the measurement fluid supply pipe. The water pipe is connected to the lower parts of the measurement pipes of each measurement unit and the lower part of the measurement fluid supply pipe of the measurement fluid storage unit and allows the measurement fluid to be supplied and flow from the measurement tank to each measurement pipe at the same water level while being horizontally buried underground. The signal indicating unit receives sensed signals from each water level sensor when the water levels of the measurement units, which are positioned on the part settled by settlement of ground, are changed; and indicates the received signals while being connected to the water level sensors of each measurement unit by circuits.
