A base plate combination structure for a street lamp is provided to protect an anchor bolt from corrosion by rainwater and the likes by providing a fixed cap to an outer surface of a connection part of the anchor bolt. A base plate combination structure for a street lamp comprises a lamp post(200), a base plate(100), and a joint nut(230). The lamp post being erected perpendicularly to the ground, includes a plurality of guide grooves(210) arranged on outer circumference in longitudinal direction, and fixing parts(220) arranged on inner circumference in longitudinal direction. The base plate includes an anchor bolt connection part having a slot(11) for fixing the anchor bolt(12), a lamp post connection part(20) connected with an outer surface of the lamp post, and a mounting part(30) receiving a lower end of the lamp post. The joint nut having at least one connection holes(231) is connected on the guide groove. A first connection member(50) is fastened to the connection hole of the joint nut, penetrating a through-hole of the base plate. A second connection member(60) fixes the lower end of the lamp post to the mounting part.
