PURPOSE: A coil distributing and winding apparatus is provided to improve the quality of a coil to be wound and to allow the coil to smoothly rotate in a high temperature state by uniformly distributing a coil ring in a circumferential direction thereof. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of inlet holes(11-H1,2,3) are formed at a lower central portion(2F) of a reform tube(3). Friction wheels(11-1,2,3) are connected to ends of fixing bases(11-B1,B2,B3). A bearing is accommodated in the friction wheels(11-1,2,3). Pneumatic cylinders(11-O1,O3) are connected to rear ends of the fixing bases(11-B1,B2,B3). A moving roller(11-R) is attached to a lower end of the fixing bases(11-B1,B2,B3). When the friction wheels(11-1,2,3) are in a backward-standby state, circular doors(11-D1,D2,D3) are moved along a rail so as to open/close the inlet holes(11-H1,2,3). The friction wheels(11-1,2,3) are moved forward or backward with respect to the inlet holes(11-H1,2,3) so as to uniformly distribute the coil ring in the circumferential direction thereof.
