The oven comprises a turntable mechanism with one or more motors with a table (4) and a drum (3), a speed reduction gear (6), and a main drive shaft. The motor generated rotation is transmitted to a housing with a plate (8) on top of the housing. The oven has slim heating elements at an angle between 15 to 75 degrees to the main supply line, parallel in one direction to the plate position for uniform heat distribution in tangential and radial direction of the plate(s) whose top carries the small pastry.
