PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for embedding additional data in an audio data with small possibility that the additional data are destroyed when a voice signal is processed. SOLUTION: This device has a polarity inversion part 13 which inverts the polarity of the audio signal inputted to an input terminal 11 and a border detection part 14 which detects a syllable border of the audio signal, and outputs the audio signal having its polarity inverted by syllables corresponding to the additional data inputted to an input terminal 12 from an output terminal 17.
