PURPOSE: Provided is a locking device for a sterilizer which uses an oval inserted part to insert and lock a projected pole so that it can be opened just by using a grip part to raise and take out with maximizing locking effect. CONSTITUTION: In the locking device for the sterilizer which is formed to seal a chamber(20) with a door part included, the locking device for the sterilizer comprises the parts of: the door part(26) which is inserted into a hinge fixed part(31) at the front side of the chamber and fixed by a hinge(30) to make front side opened toward one direction; a pair of support frame parts(28a)(28b) which are straightly placed in a line outside the door part; a pair of cam ring-typed locking pin parts(36a)(36b) which are rotated by pulling a grip part(32) with a connection pole and moved upwardly in rotating the grip part by 90deg.; and an oval inserted part which is placed in an opposite side of the locking pin part to fix the fixed pin part.
