PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory aesthetic at even a dark place, with excellent decoration effect, miniaturizable, easy to manufacture and practical and having a light emitting function. SOLUTION: A battery to be a light emitting energy source, a light emitting circuit and at least an LED are held on a base provided with a fitting means on a body or clothes or the LED is held on an extension body of the base. Jewelry is further held at a front surface of the LED or in the vicinity of the LED. The LED emitting white is used. The battery is arranged on a back face of the accessory and in part hidden by the body and the clothes. The extension body is made into a ribbon shape.
