PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional physical distribution information management system that articles cannot be delivered on delivery date and to delivery place that a receiver hopes, although article information is well controlled, and time and labor of a sender cannot be reduced because the sender must write an address in a slip even when the sender and the receiver are specified and delivery occurs frequently. SOLUTION: Since the receiver is managed as a customer and the sender specifies the receiver from specified customer ID 11 or address, time and labor of the sender can be reduced and an article can be securely delivered to the receiver. Moreover, time and labor for a forwarding agent to go to the receiver unreasonably are omitted to delivery the article securely by information the receiver of the arrival of the article by a mail and accepting the desired delivery place and delivery data by the answer for the mail. |
