PILING PROCESS OF SCREW FORMED WITH CONICAL FRONT END

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for securing a pile of screw having a conical front end to simply install the pile, to improve supporting force and workability of the pile with reduced noise. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of forming a screw pile with a conical front end consisting of a main body(10) constructed by a cylindrical body(11) having a conical front portion(10) and linear projections(20) formed on outer side of the body(11); boring a smaller hole than the outer diameter of the body(11) in ground by desired depth by means of common auger; introducing certain amount of cement milk(3) into the hole then pressing the main body(10) into the hole while rotating the body; making the introduced cement milk(3) penetrate around the ground to cure the same.
