A method for easing breathing in sleep, comprising reflexodiagnostics by well-known methods and subsequent effect upon detected biologically-important active points and/or reflexogenic zones, characterized in that the biologically-important active points and/or reflexogenic zones responsible for functional condition are chosen as objects for effecting the method, at least from a group including the following organs: anatomical airways and lungs, ENT and stomatological organs, spinal column, large intestine, joints when restoring nasal breathing. 2. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the point P9 and/or corresponding areas of the reflexogenic zone of the lung meridian are effected to normalize the functional condition of the anatomical airways and lungs. 3. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the reflexogenic zone of the second quadrant of the ear lobe is effected to normalize the functional condition of ENT and stomatological organs. 4. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the point AP37 is effected to normalize the functional condition of the spinal column. 5. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the point GI11 and/or corresponding areas of the reflexogenic zone of the large intestine meridian are effected to normalize the functional condition of the large intestine. 6. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the points AP48, AP47, AP46, AP62 and/or corresponding areas of the reflexogenic zones of meridians passing through joints, for example, the spleen-pancreas meridian are effected to normalize the functional condition of joints. 7.
