PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain on-vehicle electronic apparatus capable of automatic recording, without causing dead battery. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electronic apparatus 10 is provided with a voltage monitor 121 for monitoring the voltage of the battery 1, an information- reproducing device for supplying an information signal, e.g. a CD reproducing device 131, an information recording means capable of recording the information signal, e.g. an MD recording and reproducing device 135, and an operating part 14 for operating the operable times of the CD reproducing device 131 and the MD recording and reproducing device 135 within the range, where the battery does will not become dead, when engine stops according to the power consumption of the CD reproducing device 131 and the MD recording and reproducing 135 and a monitoring voltage value obtained by the voltage monitor 121.
