PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sun visor and its manufacturing method capable of easily manufacturing a sun visor main body. SOLUTION: This vehicle sun visor is manufactured by the manufacturing method having three steps. In the first step, on plate-like core materials 20 and 21 and a skin material 3 constituting the sun visor main body, the peripheral edge section of the skin material 3 covering the core materials 20 and 21 is locked on lock sections 40-42 and 50-52 formed on the peripheral edge sections of the core materials 20 and 21. In the second step, the lock sections 40-42 and 50-52 are folded together with the peripheral edge section of the skin material 3 toward the inside of the core materials 20 and 21 to stretch the skin material 3 on the surfaces of the core materials 20 and 21. In the third step, the core materials 20 and 21 stretched with the skin material 3 are superimposed on each other.
