SOLUTION: This automatic diagnosing device for diagnosing hydraulic equipment including at least plural valves and pumps is provided with a valve leakage amount D/B in which the relationship of an operation condition and an operation loss is preliminarily stored for each valve specification information specifying a valve, a pump power consumption D/B in which the relation of the operation condition and the operation loss and power consumption is preliminarily stored for each pump specification information specifying a pump, an accepting means (S3) for accepting the input of the plural pieces of valve specification information and pump specification information and the operation condition, a first reading means (S5) for reading the operation loss from the valve leakage amount D/B based on the accepted operation condition for each accepted valve specification information, a second reading means (S5) for reading the power consumption from the pump power consumption D/B based on the read plural operation losses and the accepted operation condition for each accepted pump specification information, and an output means (S9) for outputting the read power consumption.
