PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die easily and accurately manufactured using a hydraulic composition of a patent of an unexamined publication number 2000-7179 and a patent of an unexamined publication number 2000-7411 and a manufacturing method of the forming die. SOLUTION: Forming parts 10B, 21B, sandwiching parts 22B of an upper die 10 and a lower die 20 are formed of a formed body obtained by curing/ hardening a hydraulic composition which contains the mixed powder, consisting of the hydraulic composition of 50-90 wt.% and a non hydraulic composition of 10-50 wt.% having an average grain size of <=1/10 of an average gain size of the hydraulic composition, and a workability improving agent mixed at a ratio of 2-18 pts.wt. for the mixed powder 100 pts.wt., the base parts 10A, 21A, 22A of the upper die 10 and the lower die 20 are made of concrete.
