<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating system of exhaust ozone gas, which is able to smoothly and reliably decompose waste ozone containing moisture. SOLUTION: The ozone gas treating system comprises a combustion apparatus 18 generating combustion gas by burning air and a fuel, and a turbine 19, which is installed at the exit side of the apparatus 18 and generates power by combustion gas from the apparatus 18. An exhaust ozone gas decomposing apparatus 17 is connected to the exit side of the turbine 19. The ozone gas formed in an ozonizer 3 is sent to an ozone reactor 4, exhaust ozone gas from the reactor 4 is sent to the decomposing apparatus 17 and thermally decomposed by exhaust gas from the turbine 19, and hence packing of a ozone decomposing catalyst to the decomposing apparatus 17 is unnecessary.</p> |
