PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera system where an electronic camera fetches setting information and superimposed data from a personal computer by a communication means and photographs an object on the basis of the obtained information. SOLUTION: A personal computer 8 is provided with a 1st communication means 6 that transmits setting information to set photographing conditions of an electronic camera 8 and data to be superimposed on a photographed image to the electronic camera. The personal computer is connected by a communication means to the electronic camera 8 that is provided with a 2nd communication means 17 that receives the information and the data sent from the personal computer, a photographing condition setting means 10 that sets functional sections 15, 16 on the basis of the information received by the communication means 17, means 13, 14 that records the photographed images onto a recoding medium and a means 10 that superimposes the data received by the communication means 17 onto the photographed images. |
