PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular telephone controller signaling only when a message from a caller is recorded. SOLUTION: A CPU 131 controls every function of a telephone 11. A ROM 132 stores a program to be executed by the CPU 131, sound data such as a response message, and image data to be projected by an HUD projector 21. A RAM 133 is used as a work area of the CPU 131 and as a sound storage area recording a caller's message. The CPU 131 determines traveling/stoppage of a vehicle on the basis of a speed signal from a speed sensor 17 and a detection signal from a parking brake operation detecting part 18, reads the HUD image data corresponding to the determined traveling situation of the vehicle from the ROM 132, and has the HUD projector 21 projectively display the read image data for a message ICON. As a result, a driver is notified that a message is recorded.
