PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligence house of a structure capable of easily coping with maintenance and inspection of intelligence devices, and addition and change of them, and of extending wiring from the intelligence devices in various directions. SOLUTION: An intelligence device 6 is installed on a wall 5 surrounding a landing 2 in a bent staircase 1, a pipe shaft 7 for intelligence wiring 9 to be inserted is provided in a mode to contain the intelligence device 6, an inspection hole 8 for the intelligence device 6 is provided in a wall of the pipe shaft 7, and a bookshelf 12 to open/close the inspection hole 8 is provided.
