PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition system wiring structure for an automobile having a well-regulated constitution favorable in terms of space factors. SOLUTION: An engine cover 2 is formed with a groove portion 3 in its surface, the groove 3 stores a flat type electric wire 4, and the flat type electric wire 4 is formed with an ignition plug 13 and connection plugs 10 and 12 for connecting to a ignition power in their prescribed positions.
