PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus management system and an apparatus management method allowing a quick connection check when an apparatus management device controlling an apparatus is installed newly. SOLUTION: A computer 90 in a control center previously sends an electronic mail including connection confirming data for a data terminal installed newly toward an internet IN. The newly installed data terminal receives the electronic mail including the connection confirming data for itself before starting control of a photocopying machine after own installation is finished. Then, a worker checks connection of the newly installed data terminal on the basis of the receipt of the electronic mail. |
