PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use investment trust to citizen's property generation by inventing investment trust with fixed interest, so as to solve the problem that since conven tional investment trust does not have interest yield fixed, and that there are thus various misunderstandings and various problems in spite of its superiority in terms of average interest yield. SOLUTION: The cycles of the investment trust are defined as being (1) setting and an operation start, (2) an operation end and allotment interest yield determination, (3) invitation and sale, (4) a closed period, and (5) repayment and then the investment trust has its interest yield fixed. |
