The invention relates to biosoprtion agents for metal ions with a biological-natural base. Said agents consist of particles which are formed by grinding cereal grains and are insoluble in an aqueous system and/or inorganic solvents, which are modified in such a way that the nitrogen content ranges from 0.1 to 10 %, the phosphor content ranges from 0.1 to 20 % and the sulfur content ranges from 0.1 to 8 %.
