PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article protective storage bag friendly with the environment, formed of an inner wrapping bag of cushioning properties and a paper bag main body sealing the inner wrapping bag in the attached state for which the separation of a plastic section (an inner wrapping bag) from a paper section can be simply and quickly carried out. SOLUTION: A pulling string (3a) is attached as a release means (3) for the inner wrapping bag (2) on the outer peripheral face of the inner peripheral face or the inner wrapping bag, and the secure separation of the inner wrapping bag can be carried out by using a slight adhesiveagent (a glue) when the paper bag is stuck as an interior, and the environment protection can be provided thoroughly. Thus the inner wrapping bags (2) of various sizes can be constituted easily and separably by using the convenient pulling string and the environment- friendly slight adhesiveagent and a thorough separation and recovery can be carried out to contribute to the maintenance of the environment.
