COATING FILM STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film structure hard to stain, following the movement of a construction and generating no crack in a coating film, and a method of forming the same. SOLUTION: In the coating film structure wherein an undercoat paint layer and a topcoat paint layer are laminated on the surface of an object to be coated, the flexibility of the topcoat paint layer is less than that of the undercoat paint layer and the flexibility of the undercoat paint layer imparts a radius of curvature of 5 mm or more and the flexibility of the topcoat paint layer is 1.2-5.0 times that of the undercoat paint layer. A topcoat paint is preferably a colored aggregate-containing paint and the topcoat and undercoat paint layers are desirably applied using a coating roller and it is more desirable that the coating roller is a sand aggregate roller.
