PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable carbon dioxide gas which is necessary for growth of a crop, in a concentration suitable for the growth to be fed to the crop in a greenhouse without causing the situation of shortage by utilizing a waste gas of combustion of a gas fuel burned by a burner of a boiler. SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide gas sensor for sensing the concentration of the carbon dioxide gas is arranged in the greenhouse or the plastic greenhouse, and a ventilating fan whose operation is on-off-controlled by the carbon dioxide gas sensor is installed on one surface of the greenhouse or the plastic greenhouse. When the burner of the boiler is in off-state, and the concentration of the carbon dioxide gas in the chamber is lowered, the ventilating fan is on- operated by the control of the carbon dioxide sensor to introduce the outside air and the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, to reduce the room temperature and to accelerate the exchanging control to the on-operation of the burner of the boiler.
