PURPOSE: A cyber bid system using the Internet and a method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of purchase time and transaction transparency by processing a material purchase and a construction order through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A bid announcement unit(11) transmits an inputted item for bid to terminals of enterprises which have accesses through the Internet. An application receipt unit(12) receives an application from the terminals of enterprises, and registers an enterprise which passes an appointed reference. A bid participation confirmation unit(13) transmits a message inducing a participation in the bid to the terminals of enterprises, and receives a message requesting the participation in the bid from the terminals of enterprises. A bid participation enterprise determination unit(14) determines some enterprises participating in the bid, and transmits a message approving the participation in the bid to the terminals of the enterprises participating in the bid. A real-time bid process unit(15) receives bid conditions in real time through the Internet from the terminals of the enterprises participating in the bid, and performs a real-time bid to determine a successfully bidden enterprise.
