PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where decision time increases as an interrupt request increases because of the daisy chain connection of level comparators 30a-30c. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a level deciding means, which is provided for each interrupt level showing the priority of interrupt factors in the processing of a CPU, for deciding a request level signal showing the generation of an interrupt request, and an interrupt factor having the most significant interrupt level among the interrupt factors generated by changing the request level signal from an initial value and a level comparison means for determining the interrupt factor to be preferentially processed by the CPU out of interrupt factors decided by the level deciding means, while the CPU performs accepting processing for processing the interrupt factors.
