PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which the dust, HCl, SOx, NOx, dioxins, etc., contained in the exhaust gas of an incinerator can be removed surely. SOLUTION: After heat is recovered from the exhaust gas of the incinerator 1 through a first heat exchanger 9, dust is recovered from the exhaust gas by means of a cyclone 2 and an electric dust collector 3 and SOx and NOx are removed from the gas by means of a scrubber 5. Then the exhaust gas is heated to 100-200 deg.C by means of a second heat exchanger 10 connected to the first heat exchanger 9 and activated carbon powder is added to the exhaust gas so as to adsorb harmful components to the powder. Thereafter, the filtrated activated carbon powder is recovered by means of a bag filter 8. |
