PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic pigment which enables an excellent metallic appearance to be obtained by the addition of a small amount of it without causing appearance defects such as weld line or weld dichroism; a composition containing the same and used for a metallic molded article; and a metallic molded article prepared from the composition. SOLUTION: This metallic pigment is produced by the precipitation polymerization in the presence of glossy flaky fine particles to thereby attach the fine particles to amorphous polymer particles. The composition for metallic molded articles and the metallic molded article are prepared by using the same.
