PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wobble signal in recording by controlling the wobbling width of a groove. SOLUTION: The groove 11 is formed into a linear shape and also a first groove part 11a being the main part of the groove 11 and a second groove part 11b different in both or either of depth and width are cyclically formed, and a reflecting condition of a beam in the groove 11 is cyclically changed.
