PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device capable of solving the problems such as the adhesion of dust on a bearing slide face, the generation of noise and vibration, seizure of a bearing face, and peeling off of the slide face by suppressing the generation of static electricity on the slide face and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure bearing device is constituted such that a lubrication fluid is provided between a rotary shaft and a bearing member supporting the rotary shaft rotatably and the rotary shaft is rotated for the bearing member by a dynamic pressure generated between bearing slide faces between the rotary shaft and the bearing member. The bearing slide face on at least one side of the rotary shaft and the bearing member is formed by a conductive anodic oxide film containing conductive metal.
