PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a power system monitoring controller by automatically generating, from an input data, the information indicating relations between the power system facilities, reducing the cost, the manufacturing time and input errors and moreover automatically checking the input data. SOLUTION: A power system facility is identified hierarchically along the structure of a power system, switches for connecting buses and main circuit facilities are summarized into a facility, and the particular information of the corresponding portions is assigned to the switches forming the switch group for the coding process conforming to the rule. The related information between the system facilities is generated from the facility code, the coding rule thereof and the decoding rule, based on the knowledge of system structure. |
