PURPOSE: A cyber store lease or cancellation system and method is provided to enable a user to request a regular lease, a temporary lease, a lease reservation or a lease cancellation of a cyber store just by simply inputting or selecting some data over the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a cyber store lease server(401), the server enabling an IO module to display a lease request form on a terminal of the user(403), the user filling in the form and then the IO module receiving the input data(405), the server enabling the IO module to send a payment identifier for a payment system by using an SSL(Secure Socket Layer) protocol in the case that the payment identifier is a credit card(409), the lease server receiving a payment completion notification from the payment server in the case that the payment is successfully made in the payment server(411), and the lease server converting an initialized URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of a leased electronic commerce server into a URL corresponding to a user ID, and storing the converted URL of the electronic server at a database(413).
