PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump easy to perform the installing operation and capable of preventing the tube from breakage and also an ink jet type recording device incorporating the tube pump. SOLUTION: The tube pump composed of a flexible tube, a pump frame having a tube supporting surface restricting the contour of the flexible tube, and a roller installed rotatably for pressurizing and deforming the flexible tube generates a pressure by pressurizing and deforming the tube with the roller, wherein the flexible tube 51 used in the tube pump is provided with a plurality of passages 51a, and the pipe walls 51b constituting the passages 51a are coupled by a coupling part 51c so that a consolidated structure is established. |
