PURPOSE: An output buffer circuit is provided to increase access speed by driving an output node before an output enable signal is enabled whenever an output signal of a sense amplifier is transitioned by using a self-pulse generator. CONSTITUTION: The output buffer circuit includes an output buffer unit(100), a control unit(200) and a self-pulse generator(300). The output buffer circuit outputs a signal output from the sense amplifier to the output node(dout2) in response to the output enable signal(poe2). The output buffer unit outputs an output signal through the output node by driving a driving unit according to an input signal(sj) when the output enable signal is enabled. The control unit controls so that the output node is driven by driving the driving unit of the output buffer unit before the output enable signal is enabled when the transition of the input signal is detected. The self-pulse generator generates a pulse signal for driving the output node by detecting the transitioned input signal whenever the input signal is transitioned.
